Damari Luxury Villas / Kechria, Skiathos
Vues panoramiques sur des couchers de soleil époustouflants
The Villa
Villa Moondancer is a 3-bedroom luxury villa in Kechria, Skiathos, sleeping up to 6 guests, with a private sea-view infinity pool, three en-suite bedrooms and panoramic Aegean sunset views. It sits at the highest point of the Damari estate, about 15 to 20 minutes by car from Skiathos Town.
Moondancer is the villa you choose for the view. Positioned at the elevated point of the estate, its infinity pool and terraces face west across the Aegean, which means every evening ends with a sunset you watch from the water rather than a taverna queue.
Inside, open-plan living spaces flow onto the terraces, with a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and three en-suite bedrooms. It suits families, couples travelling together and small groups who want privacy without giving up comfort.
A private, sea-view infinity pool that appears to spill into the Aegean. It catches sun from morning until the last light of the day.
The elevated west-facing position gives Moondancer its name. Sunset here is an event you never have to travel for.
One neighbour only, Villa Whispering Pines, on a shared private estate. No hotel corridors, no shared loungers, no schedule.
What's Included
Everything below comes with the villa or can be arranged by your hosts. No hidden extras, no resort fees.
The Setting
Both Damari villas sit on a private hillside estate in Kechria, on the quiet north-west side of Skiathos, surrounded by pine forest and olive groves.
Kechria is a retreat, not a resort strip. A rental car is strongly recommended: it turns the 15-minute drive to town into a pleasure rather than a chore, and opens up all 60+ beaches on the island.

The two villas share the same estate, layout and standard. Moondancer sits higher, with an infinity pool and open panoramic sunset views over the Aegean. Whispering Pines sits within the pine forest and feels more sheltered and enclosed. View versus forest is the honest way to choose.
